Unused merchandise may be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days after the date of shipment. All returns need to be accompanied by a RMA number available by clicking here or by calling, faxing, or emailing the Customer Service Department. A 15% restocking fee will apply to merchandise returned after 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 90 days unless noted on invoice. No returns will be accepted on used, custom made, custom etched, discontinued, or altered product unless noted on invoice.
