Steps: 1) Select the “New” Wexler Instruments that you would like to purchase. (please see our catalog) 2) Gather your qualifying trade-up instruments for trade-in. (Qualifying instruments are any Stainless Steel or Titanium surgical instruments, working or not.) 3) Fill out the “One 4 One Trade-Up form”, package along with your trade-up instruments and send off to Wexler. Wexler will apply the discount towards the instrument or instruments that you would like to order. Remember, this is a “One 4 One” program, so for every used instrument that you send in, you will qualify for a discount on each new item that equals the number of used items that we recieved.
