                       LAMBERT-KAY CLAMPS

These VATS-style Lambert Kay/Satinsky clamps were designed specifically for
minimally invasive lung transplant to securely clamp the
                                               left atrium through port access.

They allow for a significantly smaller incision, offer exceptional stability even on a beating heart, and
provide atraumatic, tip-first closure with excellent tactile feedback. We use them in all lung transplant
approaches—clamshell, sternotomy, or port access—because of their safety, precision, and versatility.
